I have a standard draw form used by my lender, as long as everyone disburses construction funds on "completed work" based on these percentages they will be reasonably protected from unscrupulous contractors. Once a figure is entered on line #19, "Available For Construction" the amount is distributed by it's appropriate percentage in the far right column for proper payments. There are a lot of questions about whether or not your foundation can be salvaged after the fire. The simple answer is "It depends." There are a lot of factors involved in deciding if your foundation can be repaired.
